In a world that is no longer governed by politicians and rather by multinational corporations known as syndicates. These corporations have introduced human controlled technology and not the usual integration through machines but rather with their bodies only by a blink of an eye. This is through implantation of a neural chip in the human body. The DART 6 bio chip enables the player to see through the digital world , see through walls via dartspace network and even hack into enemy data system a via breaching. The awesome capabilities of the player in this game arise as a result of the game setting, the game is based in 2025.

The multiplayer is segmented where the player only proceeds to the next segment if they have completed the previous one. The players are promoted by experience points that are attained through healing other members of your squad, kills and completion of mission objectives. The characters in the game are Miles Kilo who is an agent working for Eurocorp. He is a bit diffrent from the rest, he has no special abilities and is mainly used by Eurocorp to stop other syndicates from interfering with them. Lily Drawl manages both Kilo and Merit but she is not all that she seems, she is also a member of a resistance group aganist Eurocorp and with her all there is is drama but in the end she teams up with Kilo and destroy Eurocorp. Jules Merit supervises Miles during his time with Eurocorp. He is also a psychopath but is used by Eurocorp to deal with Lily after Miles is captured.
